Comprehensive review of your current running form & technique. Verbal advice given to improve relevant areas followed by a written report. Photos & Video may be used. Speed work included in session.
An initial conversation to find out client's circumstances & goals is followed by a written training plan tailored to build up or improve distance running; that be 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon or Marathon.
