  1. HOW COME? - My Monthly Marathon was born from the idea that seeing a marathon as a whole set of miles at once, really looks like a beast to take on. However if we break it into small units. A mile a day! Most people would be able to run a marathon. Running a mile a day becomes something with a purpose suddenly. And we just need 26 days!
  2. SMALL STEPS - We embrace the perseverant approach. That is to treat any task, as mamoth as they may look, as a set of stairs. If we start down from the bottom and persist on step by step, however many they are, we eventually get to the top. Perseverance is key to get to our destination.
  3. TECHNIQUE - Every single activity in this life has a certain pattern of movements that repeat itself in a certain fashion. If we manage to observe and to understand how these movements happen, we are in a better position to apply a tailored technique in response to such movement, which allow us to perform them more efficiently.
