That routine, apart of being made of just physical exercises, comprises many other elements normally overlooked. A resilient mindset for instance, has been determined by academics and coaches alike to be the core skill needed to succeed. Nutrition plays also a fundamental role in our performance; basically, we are what, when and how we eat. Rest and relax times are vital components of our daily routine too. In conclusion, we need to have a dynamic and varied diet of activities in our daily life.
