So many times we face the anguish of tiredness and its devastating effect on our performance. It seems simply impossible to carry on, or at least that is what we tend to comply to.
However, we ought to be persisten and Keep Going. Suddenly we realise that it is indeed possible to continue on our efforts.
The journey to reach our goals many times looks so far away - "somewhere over the rainbow" kind of - and it feels far beyond our reach. There and then is when we have to stick with our original plan: "Get that goal" and carry on.
If we focus on just the step ahead of us we might find much easier to continue on our efforts as we see the next step as an achievable goal we can reach in the very short term.
Therefore Step by Step it goes..
We need to understand that it is our journey, our goal; therefore, it is us who have the responsibility to carry on whatever the circumstances in order to get there.
It is upon us to Make it Happen. Nobody will come to say; sit down, relax, watch your favourite TV series and have a drink and something to munch on, I will go out to exercise on your behalf.
