Normally the length of a plan depends on your ultimate goal. Plans start from 5 weeks up to 26 weeks. They include information on what kind of main activities to focus on as well as extra activities that might help you to achieve your running/fitness goal.
Nutrition can form part of a plan if you decide you need a detailed nutrition plan. Otherwise we provide general advice on nutrition that is intended as general observations only.
